Q - Is my credit card safe?
A - Yes. Hotel N Parking takes this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, a secure commerce server is utilized, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.
Q - What is the cancellation policy?
A - Reservation must be canceled 24 hours prior to 4pm day of arrival, or date of parking (whichever is first) to avoid the room charge. All cancellations will result in a $10 service fee. Whenever possible, call us directly at 516-488-6600 to make changes or cancel if necessary. If a reservation must be canceled while our office is closed, you must call the hotel directly. In this event, a cancellation number must be obtained and conveyed to us within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date for a refund to be issued. No refund or adjustments will be made for No Show or portions of the services not used. Reservations booked within 24 hours of the arrival date and same day reservations are non cancelable and non refundable.
Q - Can I stay the night when I return from my trip, but park my car before I leave for my trip?
A - Yes, you may also choose to spend the night you that return from your trip, having parked your car before flying out. When booking your prior park while u fly reservation, please indicate your date of parking in the field provided, as well as your overnight stay at the hotel. Once your car is parked the room reservation is not cancellable. You will be charged full package price whether or not you use the hotel room upon your return.
Q - Is the parking lot secure?
A - In most cases the car is parked at the hotel parking lot, and hotels have security cameras and 24 hour security patrol for the long term parking. Our agency assumes no liability for your car or contents left in the car.
Q - Do you offer Military, Senior Citizen or AAA Discounts?
A - Our rates are deeply discounted, and the unfortunately, the hotels will not permit multiple discounts. We offer super low rates for stay park and fly packages and are unable to further discount our rates.
Q - How do I get to and from the airport?
A - Free transportation on airport shuttle buses is provided by the hotel to and from the airport. Most hotels provide 24 hour shuttle service, unless otherwise specified on the hotel detail page. Upon your return, there are courtesy phones at baggage claim, or the hotels' local phone numbers are provided in your confirmation itinerary. Airport dropoff can be arranged with the front desk attandant. You must contact the hotel to arrange your pick up.
Q - Can I park my car for longer than is included in the package?
A - Most hotels will permit you to leave your car for additional days at a fee that you can pay the hotel directly. Some hotels waive the fee for short periods. This can be discussed and negotiated with the front desk attendant at check in
Q - I called the hotel and they do not show my reservation for the arrival date that I placed on line. Why?
A - This is probably because the hotel has not had the opportunity to enter the reservation into their system yet. If you have a confirmation number from the hotel and they still do not show your reservation, please email or call us and we will take care of it immediately.
Q - How and when do I pay?
A - To secure your room and parking spot, you will pay a small deposit per room now, this deposit is applied to your account and deducted from your total price. You will pay only the remaining balance when you checkin to the hotel. The per room reservation deposit is REFUNDABLE IF YOU PROVIDE NOTICE DIRECTLY TO HotelNParking via phone or email within 24 hours prior to your checkin or parking date.
